1 cup of salt flakes
1 cup chopped fresh herbs, eg. parsley, tarragon, rosemary, lovage and thyme.
Chop the herbs finely.
Mix salt and herbs and spread the mixture out on a plate.
Place the plate with the herb salt in the sun for several hours.
When completely dry, put the mixture in an airtight glass.
Add 1/2 tsp. of shredded fresh garlic.
